Set up your computer

The required configuration for Windows, Mac, and Linux consists of installing the Firefox 3 browser, and necessary fonts for better display of the mathematical expressions.

• Download and install Firefox 3 (or higher).
• Install the STIX fonts.
• Test you installation by opening the free samples with the browser.

Older configuration

The first version of the courseware was launched in 2005. We used then a configuration based on Window's Internet-Explorer with two plugins. The previous configuration can be still used, but users are recommended to adopt the new configuration mentioned above.
